The Role

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the Audience Intelligence platform.

This is a role for a data specialist who reasons about data processes: collection, verification, and lineage - with the same precision as a feature spec.

Data depth is the leading requirement; you will define the logic and quality bar that turn raw signals into the production-grade user attributes our customers ship into production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership: Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Audience Intelligence engine.
  • Attribute Engineering: Lead the transition of behavioral, identity, and network signals from raw data to shipped products.
  • Data Strategy: Define the source mix across 30+ chains, wallet labels, Web2 telemetry, and partner feeds.
  • Source Strategy: Lead "build vs. buy vs. integrate" decisions for in-house sources, paid vendors, and public feeds.
  • Coverage & Prioritization: Set the policy for which data endpoints are scanned, enriched, and re-tagged first.
  • Production QA: Establish and monitor the bar for precision, recall, freshness, and coverage.

Requirements

  • Technical DNA: Background in data engineering, ML, or data science.
  • Process Mastery: Ability to describe an end-to-end data process: collection, joining, deduplication, and productization.
  • Data Depth: Fluent in data lineage, drift, sampling bias, and precision/recall.
  • Tooling: Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data infrastructure.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience on data-heavy, analytics, audience, or platform products, with at least 2 in a product management role. Engineering- or data-first paths into PM are equally welcome (e.g., 5 years engineering + 2 years PM).
  • Source Expertise: Hands-on experience with Web2 telemetry (pixels, scraping) and Web3 on-chain data (address-level analytics).
  • Execution: A proven track record of shipping data products that customers paid for.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Hebrew.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain Context: Background in fintech, digital asset exchanges, iGaming, or AdTech.
  • Product Focus: Prior experience with identity resolution, classification, or segmentation products.
  • Crypto Depth: Strong knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and on-chain activity.

Environment: Experience in B2B, Enterprise SaaS, and high-growth startups.
