So, what’s the job?

We are looking for a Display Performance Analyst who is highly analytical, deeply data driven, and obsessed with performance. This role is designed for someone who thrives on numbers, constantly looks for patterns and opportunities, and is motivated by results. You will work across multiple platforms and with global clients, helping translate data into performance improvements and scalable growth. The right candidate is curious, hardworking, and relentless when it comes to optimization. Someone who pushes harder when numbers go up and does not stop digging when they go down.

You will:

  • Own and optimize display performance across multiple platforms
  • Work closely with internal teams managing global clients
  • Dive deep into data to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Continuously test, analyze, and scale performance

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across DSPs
  • Run and scale retargeting and app campaigns
  • Work across display, paid social, and video environments
  • Analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities

Must haves:

  • BA in a quantitative or analytical field
  • Strong analytical and data driven mindset
  • Hands on experience with DSPs and display campaigns
  • Experience running retargeting campaigns
  • High ownership, curiosity, and drive for performance

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with X (Twitter), Facebook, or TikTok, Reddit or programmatic platforms
  • Experience running video campaigns
  • Experience with app campaigns
  • Experience working with clients or customer facing teams
  • Experience with BI tools, Excel, or SQL
  • Startup or high growth environment experience
