Technical Customer Success Manager - Paid Media

Join Addressable, a leading Web3 growth SaaS company, and play a pivotal role in empowering marketers with innovative blockchain and paid media solutions.

This is a hybrid role combining traditional customer success with hands-on campaign execution. You will not only manage customer relationships but also directly build, launch, and optimize programmatic display campaigns. This is a managed service model where you are the operator, not an advisor.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Campaign Execution (70% of your time): Build and launch programmatic display campaigns for your assigned accounts. Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, validate pixel firing, troubleshoot data discrepancies. Optimize bids, test creative variations, refine audience targeting, and monitor daily performance. This is hands-on work — you're in the ad platforms every day.

Strategic Account Management (30% of your time): Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts. Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and quarterly business reviews. Translate campaign performance into strategic recommendations. Identify expansion opportunities and drive renewals based on demonstrated value.

Technical Problem-Solving: Debug tracking issues, work with engineering on integration questions, implement attribution models, and validate data flows. You're the bridge between technical execution and customer outcomes.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Share customer feedback with Product teams to influence roadmap. Collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities. Work with Marketing to document case studies and campaign learnings.

What are we looking for?

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing programmatic display campaigns on demand-side platforms (DSPs)
  • You must have personally created campaigns in self-serve ad platforms—not managed teams who did it, not advised clients on strategy, but you yourself built the campaigns
  • Proven track record of managing campaign budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization
  • Experience with demand-side advertising (advertiser campaigns), not supply-side (publisher monetization)
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles with proven ability to manage high-touch B2B accounts
  • Experience managing full customer lifecycle: onboarding, training, adoption, QBRs, renewals, expansion
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management with C-suite and technical teams

Nice to Haves:

  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager: You must be able to independently set up conversion tracking, implement pixels, validate event firing, and troubleshoot tracking issues
  • Direct experience with X (Twitter) Ads Manager, Reddit Ads, and/or Telegram Ads is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of attribution modeling (last-click, first-click, multi-touch, data-driven)
  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) for paid media attribution is a plus
