About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Director to lead our sales team, scale revenue, and shape our go-to-market strategy. You’ll manage a small and strong team of  Account Executives, build a high-performing sales machine from the ground up, and work directly with the founders to drive growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll both manage and actively engage in high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3 AEs to consistently exceed targets.
  • Build scalable sales processes and playbooks for rapid growth.
  • Optimize pipeline management, messaging, and strategy using performance data.
  • Own team quota and actively work on strategic, high-value deals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent as we expand.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product on revenue strategy.
  • Represent Addressable with C-level prospects, partners, and at industry events.




  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales leadership in MarTech/ AdTech.
  • Experience in Crypto or Web3 is a big plus.
  • A passion for coaching salespeople to reach their full potential.
  • A builder’s mindset for designing and refining processes in a fast-changing market.
  • A focus on continuous improvement, guided by measurable results.
  • A data-first approach to forecasting, targeting, and decision-making.
  • Startup resilience and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Strong EQ and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be hands on, together with implementing strategic thinking.
