Controller

Join Addressable in transforming the digital marketing landscape with our innovative solutions!We are seeking a dynamic Controller to join our financial team and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of Addressable. This role is based in Israel and will report directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities‍

• Establishing Financial Policies: Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures tailored for the digital marketing industry.
• G/L Management: Oversee the company’s G/L to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations and reporting.
• Planning and Analysis: Participate in annual planning, long-term planning, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Team Management: Manage a team (which currently includes outsourced professionals) responsible for accounting, accounts payable, payroll, technical accounting, and reporting.
• Accounting Operations: Lead all aspects of accounting operations, including month-end close and annual audit, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Budget Management: Oversee the accounting budget and build efficiencies into all aspects of the group’s operations, including systems and processes.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)- Financial Modelling: Build, maintain, and improve financial models that support strategic decision-making and growth.

‍Qualifications / Skills‍Process Management: Strong ability to manage processes and develop standards in a rapidly evolving atmosphere.Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA required.Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in accounting/finance, preferably within the tech or digital marketing sector, with experience at a Big4 firm and at least one role post-internship.Financial Reporting: Proven experience with financial operations and reporting requirements.*Position located in Tel-Aviv, Israel, hybrid mode.
